Wild Bill et al,

I noted that we have an AEWA forum for AWACS, EC-121, Willied Victor and Hawkeye. With the addition of the JSTARS and the ASTOR to the line up of possible systems our bretheren will be assigned to I would recommend that we add another forum for AGS.

I am currently working with a number of issues on AGS systems here in Europe (for NATO) and would like to post some of the latest information on the NATO Alliance Ground Surveillance program for AEWA.net and AEWA.org. The program is finally starting to take off (so to speak) with the signing of the risk reduction report contract. This in turn will begin the process of hiring as aerospace corporations, participating governments and multinational agencies (like my own - NC3A) begin building and integrating the system.

AGS promises to be a growth industry for the C2ISR world and as such, I think AEWA.net and .org should be kept appraised of its progress.

Thoughts?
